All orders are shipped via Korea Post International. I mail out orders every week, though once a while I might miss a week. Preorders will ship when products are physically in stock. Please check product descriptions for estimated dates.
SMALL PARCEL: The default shipping method, Small Parcel takes about 3-6 weeks for delivery, and does not include tracking service. It is a more affordable option if you are not in a rush with your order! However, if you live in a more rural area, please note that there have been cases of delays up to ~10-12 weeks. This method does NOT require phone number!
K-PACKET UPGRADE (NO LONGER AVAILABLE): This upgrade adds reliable tracking service to the default shipping method, Small Parcel, and slightly speeds up delivery by several business days.
EXPRESS MAIL SHIPPING UPGRADE: EMS is the fastest option, which takes about 4-8 days, with reliable tracking. This method requires phone number of the recipient!

Policies: Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations & Exchanges: All sales are final, and are not eligible for cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once payment has been made. Please order when you know for sure you want the merch!
Damaged Items: All charms and pins are packaged securely in lots of bubble wrap and waterproof envelopes to make sure they arrive safely at your door. Califlair is not liable for damage of items during transit. Any damaged goods cannot be exchanged or be eligible for refund.
Lost Packages: Califlair will not refund or replace any lost packages. If your order has not arrived yet, please check your local post office to see if the package has been put on hold. Tracking is available with K-Packet or EMS upgrade--please select these methods if you would like reliable tracking with your order.
