This grading system is based on cosmetic defects only. All bags should be fully functional regardless of grade.

DESCRIPTION

Standard

85 USD

Highest quality bags available. As all bags are handmade, a standard grade bag may still exhibit mild cosmetic flaws and/or minor imperfections. These flaws would likely not bother a majority of customers.

These include, but are not limited to, small stray threads or lace finishes that can be snipped off, minor mis-shaping of lace on one or two areas (brown bag only), minor smudging or tarnishing on the metal parts (buckles, clasps, chains), or tiny dots, scuffs, scratches, and markings on the PU leather.

Seconds

75 USD

Exhibits multiple mild to moderate cosmetic flaws. Most of these would be noticeable from ~2-3 ft away.

Some examples are, but not limited to: noticeable smudging or tarnishing on metal parts (buckles, clasps, chains), more noticeable mis-shaping of lace on multiple areas (brown bag only), moderate sized dots, scuffs, scratches, and markings on the PU leather, one or two missing stitching anywhere on the bag, minor to moderate smudging and/or scratches on the clear pin window.

Discount

60 USD

Exhibits very noticeable cosmetic flaws. Most of these would be noticeable from ~3-4 ft away. These bags are heavily discounted to break even on their production & storage cost.

Some examples are, but not limited to: large smudges or tarnishing on metal parts (buckles, clasps, chains), large bent scuffs, scratches, and/or markings on the PU leather, moderate to large smudging and/or scratches on the clear pin display window. A savy crafting person may be able to address some of these issues for fun with DIY fixes, but there is no guarantee.
