25-31 Fulfillment

Pinmails are processed & sent out during this time. Keep an eye out for next month's pin reveal within the first week of the upcoming month!

FAQ- How it works

What is Califlair Pinclub?

Califlair pinclub is a subscription-based product that will charge you monthly.

When you subscribe to Califlair Pinclub, you will receive monthly exclusive pins at a special discount!

Past pinclub pins can be purchased through the Secret Store, without the discount.

Unlike our previous Patreon Pinclub, shipping is not included in each tier pricing, and will be added to your charge when you check out. (This does not apply if you choose digital-reward-only Lunar tier.)

Exact pinmail shipping cost will depend on your region & the shipping method you choose.

Unlike flat rate shipping-inclusive tier pricing, this allows shipping to be charged fairly and accurately for each member.

Can I join if I live outside of the United States?

Of course! But please note that shipping price will vary based on your region.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged upfront when you first join. Your monthly subscription will then automatically renew monthly on the same day until your membership is deleted.

If this is your FIRST PURCHASE of the membership, please make sure you are choosing the tier you want! Once you are charged immediately, you can't change tiers for that one month.

You can, of course, switch tiers for any future months, as long as you change it before your next charge.

Califlair Pinclub operates on a monthly payment system. For example, if you joined on January 19th, you would be charged on February 19. You may reschedule your charge date anywhere between 1-20 when you click [Subscriptions] in your account page.

*If your charge date is OUTSIDE of enrollment period, you will not receive rewards or refunds!

FAQ-Membership

How can I change my membership tier?

If you are are switching to or from Star [Hold my Pins! 3month Bulk Delivery], do NOT follow the steps below. Your instructions will be different, and they are outlined in the next question.

If you are switching to and from Lunar, Solar, or Star [monthly], please follow the instructions below!

If this is your FIRST PURCHASE of the membership, you cannot change your membership once your order is confirmed. We ask that you carefully consider your decision before purchasing your membership.

You can, of course, change your tier flexibly for any future months, as long as you switch before your next charge date!

If you are an existing subscriber and would like to upgrade/downgrade tiers, please follow the following steps:

1) Login to My Account on our store. Click Subscriptions, in the leftside bar. Click on your Active Subscription

or accessed via the link in each subscription email.

2) in the ITEMS section, please click EDIT

3) ADD ITEM and add your desired tier.

* If you are Lunar member upgrading to Solar or Star, please add your shipping address first!

4) REMOVE your old tier.

5) Click SAVE

If you are charged for two tiers because you have not cancelled the other, please reach out to us immediately for troubleshooting before the 20th. We cannot do anything for you past that date, if you end up receiving the rewards from two tiers.

What is the [Hold my Pins! Bulk Delivery Subscription]?

If you subscribe to this plan, you will receive ONE bulk pinmail total, containing 3 months' worth of pins in one package, at the end of the 3rd month.

The final checkout price includes 3 months' worth of pinclub pins PLUS 1 bulk delivery shipping fee. This means you will have to wait at least 3 months PLUS extra delivery time to receive these pins, but it will help save on shipping cost!

Please note that with this plan, you will be charged once every 3 months!

How do I switch from 1 month membership to Bulk Delivery Subscription? And vice versa?

To do this, you will have to cancel your existing subscription altogether and resubscribe before your next charge.

Example: If you join September as a monthly member, you have already been charged, and will receive your reward that month.

However, let's say you change your mind and wish to save on shipping by choosing our bulk delivery option for the next 3 months. You must cancel your pin membership, but please wait until October 1st to resubscribe as a bulk delivery member. If you resubscribe from Sept 1-20 during open enrollment, you will receive 2 pinmails for September!

This applies as well if you want to move from Bulk Delivery -> Monthly, you may cancel anytime, but only resubscribe after your bulk delivery subscription ends, otherwise you will receive repeat pinmail!

Can I skip a month's reward?

Absolutely! If you're not interested in any month's design for any reason, but would still like to be enrolled automatically for the month afterwards, you can skip a month's membership before your next charge.

1) Login to My Account on our store. Click Subscriptions, in the leftside bar. Click on your Active Subscription

or accessed via the link in each subscription email.

2) Click on Skip Payment for the upcoming months(s) you wish to skip.

You may unskip any time you wish, before the charge date.

Can I reschedule my initial charge date?

1) Login to My Account on our store. Click Subscriptions, in the leftside bar. Click on your Active Subscription

or accessed via the link in each subscription email.

2) Under BILLING SCHEDULE Click on RESCHEDULE

3) Please reschedule it to a later date between 1-20.

* members who change the charge date outside of the 1st-20th, will not receive any rewards or refunds.

4) Please note that subsequent months can take some time to readjust to your newly chosen charge date.

How do I pause/cancel my membership?

1) Login to My Account on our store. Click Subscriptions, in the leftside bar. Click on your Active Subscription

or accessed via the link in each subscription email.

2) Pause/ Cancel button.

Pausing a membership saves your previously added information. You can resume your membership anytime. Please note that the system will pause your subscription indefinitely until you reactive it.

If you no longer wish to be part of the club, please be sure to cancel your membership.

Cancelling your membership deletes your information. So if you wish to rejoin, you must do so within open enrollment.

What is the policy on refunds & cancellations on memberships?

Refunds or cancellations will not be issued for ANY reason.

Members are solely responsible for managing, pausing, canceling, and/or renewing their monthly membership. Califlair is not liable for charges taken if you forget to cancel/pause your membership.

If you need to cancel your membership, make sure that it is canceled before your unique charge date.

My card payment didn't go through and was declined, what do I do?

You will receive an email alerting you that your card has been declined on the day of your membership renewal.

It is a subscriber's responsibility to find another method of payment during the open enrollment period (1st-20th). Please note that any payment made after the 20th will slip through the system.

If your charge goes through after the 20th, please be sure to reschedule your subsequent charge dates and email us for troubleshooting.

If you miss the month's payment, you can purchase the design at a later date through the Secret Store, at standard pricing.

FAQ- Perks & Rewards

When will I receive my pins?

We begin processing & fulfilling rewards from 25-31st of each month.

For US members, you can reasonably expect your rewards to reach you by the middle of the next month.

For international members, delivery times may vary by destination & chosen shipping method.

Where is the Secret Store?

Access is only available from the 22nd 5PM PDT - 23rd 11:59 PDT.

You will receive an email containing the password & digital rewards.

When & how will I receive the secret store password?

You will receive an email newsletter on the 22nd of every month, around 5pm PDT with the secret store password & digital rewards.

Once you receive the password, you can use it right away to access the Secret Store!

Can I purchase items from the main store too?

Of course!

If you are a member and received the Secret Store password via email, you can purchase items from the main store & Secret Store together in one order, while using the 10% discount code. Please note that you may use it in the Secret Store & main store, EXCEPT for bags, past pinclub pins, and preorder items.

Can I use the 10% discount code outside of the secret store period?

Yes! Once you receive the code, you can use it any time for ONCE before it expires at the end of the month.

The discount will be applied to any products from Secret Store & main store, EXCEPT for bags & past pinclub pins.

If I don't use the 10% discount code, can I get 20% next month?

Sorry! Our monthly 10% discount code does not roll over to the next month, and expires at the end of each month.

You can use the code once any time until the end of the month.

Can I combined my 10% monthly discount code with a Califlair Rewards Coupon?

Coupons cannot be stacked in this way, I am very sorry! You can choose one discount to your discretion when you check out.

Califlair Rewards: Will I still get bunpoints even if I use a rewards coupon/ 10% discount?

You do! Let's say you spent $100 before shipping, and applied a redeemed $10 coupon OR a monthly 10% off code.

You will receive bunpoints on the total of $90, before shipping.
Please note that Califlair rewards coupon cannot be stacked with the monthly pinclub 10% discount code in one order.

Where do I get the monthly wallpapers?

Monthly wallpapers will be sent on 22nd of every month via EMAIL containing all your digital rewards.

Please be sure to download it before the month ends! The link will expire at the end of the month.

Please note that no exceptions will be made if you forget to download!

Can I get combined shipping for secret/main store orders with monthly pinmail?

Yes! We are now able to combine orders that are placed separately.

All you have to do is leave a note at checkout in your second order: please combine my orders! 

If your previous order(s) haven't shipped, our fulfillment team will consolidate your orders into a single package.

* It may take up to 4-6 weeks for your shipping difference refund to be processed, so we ask for your patience. Please feel free to reach out if it has been more than 6 weeks since your combined shipping order was placed & you haven't received your shipping refund. 

When will I receive my secret store order?

Please be sure to thoroughly read the Store Policies & FAQ before placing an order or sending us a question about shipping status!

If you ordered within a week of a store update day, please allow 2-3 weeks for your package to ship, as we receive a large volume of orders during that time.  

Troubleshooting

I have a question or issue with my membership, help!

Please reach out to us via hello@califlair.com to troubleshoot. For us to better assist you, please include relevant information, such as your full name, email associated to the membership, tier, month subscribed, etc.

Any photos/screenshots to show your issues are also appreciated!

I think I received the wrong reward...

*either mismatched rewards or a different month entirely, or missing a pin.

Oh no, we apologize for the inconvenience! Please reach out to us via hello@califlair.com to troubleshoot within 5 days of receiving it.

For us to better assist you, please include relevant information, such as your full name, email associated to the membership, tier, month subscribed, etc, so that we can cross check our records!

Please also include at least one photo of the contents of the package you received.

My address has changed, oh no!

Members are responsible for keeping their address up to date, as we will fulfill accordingly to the information you provide!

You may change your address before your membership for the month is charged by following the steps below;

1) Login to My Account on our store. Click Subscriptions, in the leftside bar. Click on your Active Subscription

or accessed via the link in each subscription email.

2) Click "edit" on the shipping address box.

If your membership was charged to an outdated address, please email us at hello@califlair.com before the 25th so we can amend your order before it is fulfilled.

If your address was outdated/incorrect and we ended up shipping your pinmails to the wrong address, Califlair cannot refund your subscription, resend pinmails, or reimburse you in any way.

My pinmail is missing, help me!

Please use the tracking number provided to you to reach out to your local postal service first to investigate the whereabouts of your package.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or replace any lost packages that are marked as delivered. :(

Please keep in mind that once a package leaves our hands, we cannot control the actions of the shipping personnel.

However, we are happy to assist you by providing specific shipment details to aid in a mail search request.

I think I received a defective pin, can you replace it?

Although we strive to quality check our pins, we do ship hundreds of pins every month, and sometimes a seconds grade can slip past us!

If you believe you were sent a seconds grade pin by mistake, please reach out to us with your full name, membership email, and photos of your defective pin with the issue, so that we may come up with a resolution.

Please note that we cannot address any issues 5 days past the date of delivery, so please check your pins upon receiving it!
